How Do I Book?

From the initial proposal to the final travel documents, we refine every detail and arrange the best prices, so all you need to do is look forward to the upcoming adventure.
It usually starts with you contacting us via email and providing information about your intended travel dates and the areas you plan to visit. The more information and wishes you provide, the better and easier it is for us.
We then put together a proposal for suitable accommodations and an itinerary. Sometimes the customer is satisfied with our first proposal, but other times we may need to adjust the route or provide more accommodation options until it feels just right.
There is, of course, no obligation to book anything just because you ask for a proposal.
When the customer has selected accommodations and we have decided how the travel route will look, we compile everything and send a quote with the exact package price. Often, we hold provisional bookings for the various accommodations while the customer considers the final proposal.
When you are ready to proceed with a booking, a deposit of typically 10% is required (this may be higher during peak season, such as Christmas and New Year, and varies among different hotels and safari lodges), with the remaining amount to be paid approx. 35 days before the trip.
We always list all prices in the local currency and payment can be done with a credit card through a secure payment portal. (VISA & Mastercard)
After the final payment is made, we send all travel documents such as hotel vouchers, maps, etc.
We never add booking fees or similar charges; as an agent, we often get slightly better prices than the general public, and that price-difference is our profit in the end.
